Our Services

Individual Occupational Therapy
A comprehensive occupational therapy assessment evaluates challenges in everyday tasks, initially focusing on 2-3 key occupations, with the option to assess additional areas as needed. The assessment involves clinical interviews, observations, and standardized tests, primarily targeting sensory processing and socio-emotional development. Key components include resiliency screening, self care screens, and sensory processing evaluation. Cognitive, gross and fine motor skills screens are included as continuation of care.

Group Occupational Therapy
This nature-based occupational therapy program leverages gardening and outdoor activities to develop various skills. It focuses sensory and emotion regulation, cognitive development-problem solving, and planning, as well as enhancing social skills and engagement. Participants will strengthen their connectedness to others and nature, build resilience through natural challenges. The program also aims to develop lifelong coping skills, promote healthy eating through garden-grown vegetables, and improve fine and gross motor skills using organic materials.
