Sensory Seedlings (ages 2-5)Nature based occupational therapy program focused on utilization of gardening and outdoor interventions. to focus on the following skill development areas *cognitive, problem solving and planning*social skills and engagement*connectedness to others and nature*resilience building through natural obstacles and challenges *acquiring self regulation skills through utilization of sensory modulation practices*build lifelong coping skills through connecting in nature*nourishment through garden vegetables and focus on healthy eating practices*fine and gross motor skill development with organic items
